To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter on behalf of Terry Keeney, who has been working on our 1950's cape house in Melrose for the past year.
Terry has remodeled our kitchen and bathroom, as well several small repairs around the house. Terry has a great sense of
humor and is a very hard worker.

Terry did a remarkable job remodeling our kitchen, which included refacing the cabinets, building new cabinets, putting in a new
island, and tiling the floor. It's been a couple months since it was completed, and I am still amazed how nice it looks. As far as the
bathroom goes, I couldn't believe what Terry was able to do with our hideous powder-blue bathroom.

I really appreciate how Terry will always make sure that I understand what the final product is going to look like before proceeding
with his work. He always tried to provide visual or verbal clarification in order to make sure we were on the same page. I also really
appreciate how he gives me different options on how a project can be completed. I look forward to having Terry continue to work
on my house with his fantastic personality.

Terry has continually displayed a professional attitude, demonstrates a safe environment, and has shown a strong dedication to his work.
