Kitchen before

Kitchen after. Cabinets refaced/ replaced, built
island, tiled floor, installed new lighting.

Bathroom before

Bathroom after. Retiled floor and walls. Replaced
toilet and sink. Installed new cabinet and faucet.

Staircase before.

Refurbished staircase. Handrails restored,
balusters and trim replaced.

Bathroom before.

Refurbished bathroom. Window replaced.
Shower and floor tile replaced.

Bedroom before

New ceiling fan fixture installed. All trim and
molding work done by Keen Handyman.

Living room before.

New windows, lights, and ceiling fixtures installed. All
new trim and molding, as well as floor refinishing.

This is the yard before the handrail was installed.

This was a handrail built from scratch - so an elderly
gentleman could walk from his house to the garage.
There was a gate in the middle to get to back yard

Deck was completly rotten.

Took out the rotten wood underneath the existing deck
and built the existing deck up, then replaced the wood
on the rest and on the house. All the new wood was repainted
