To whom it may concern:                                                                               1/25/05

Please accept this as a recommendation letter for Terry Keeney and his company, The
Keen Handyman.

In the spring of 2004 I contracted Terry to do some repairs on my home prior to placing
it on the market for sale. In a space of three months Terry made the following repairs to
my home:
-Replacement of deck railing slats and railing
-Replacement of large trim boards on lower cornor exterior of our house
-Replacement of decorative cornice above second floor window
-Drywall instillation in basement stair well
-Replacement of a 3 panel kitchen window
-Replacing the sills on six of our double hung windows and an 8' bay window
     -Replaced our old mail box
     -Etc. etc. etc.

Terry was very knowledgeable about products, techniques and cost as he determined how
to best do the work required. Before purchasing supplies he compared costs and got the
best value. He was organized in his approach to the projects and carefully planned each
day of work.

Terry apprised me regularly about his progress and consulted with me on each decision.
He was reliable in coming to my home on time and prepared for work. He always
cleaned up after he was finished which I greatly appreciated.

Above all else, Terry is a man or principal and honesty. I trust him implicitly and have
no reservation about his truthfulness or integrity.

Terry is a skilled technician and craftsman. This I observed first hand. However, most
important to me was the peace of mind in knowing that I could completely trust him to be
absolutely fair and honest with me and to protect my property.

I very much appreciate his work and would certainly recommend him to others.

Sincerely,

Sue Green
