Before I was a husband, father, homeowner or handyman, I spent many years a welder/fabricator and a bicycle mechanic and got my A.A.S. in Manufacturing Technology. I have been building and fixing things my whole life. I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of discovering how unfamiliar systems work, troubleshooting, articulating issues to others in a manner that is clear and to the point, and of course, fixing the problems!
I have experience laying vinyl plank flooring, backsplash tile, installing baseboard trim, crown molding, window trim, drywall repair, texturing, painting, replacing outlets/switches, replacing plumbing valves/fittings, sinks, faucets, shower heads, toilet parts and installing bidets. I have installed all new cabinets, installed ceiling fan boxes and new fans, many different types of light fixtures, hung doors, hand mortised latch plates, replaced locks/handles, repaired appliances, scraped popcorn ceilings, demolished walls, and more. I have a lot of experience with welding and fabrication of steel table bases, railings, etc. and have been using 3D modeling for my own projects and home renovation projects for years.
